Protein Choc Slice Recipe

Serves 16 x
Ingredients
Base:
● ½ cup rolled oats
● 60 grams (2 x serves of HealthyRoo Vanilla Protein Powder)
● ½ cup desiccated coconut
● ¼ cup smooth Peanut Butter
● 3 Tbsp maple syrup
● 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Topping:
● 100g vegan dark choc (or regular choc if not plant based)
● ¼ cup smooth PB

Directions:
1. Prepare 10 x 10 cake tin with baking paper.
2. Blend dry ingredients of base in food processor.
Then add to mixing bowl with remaining base ingredients. Combine well.
3. Pour based mixture into baking tin and spread evenly with back of spoon. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate, and mix in PB. Pour over the freezed base
and spread evenly. Freeze for another 1-2 hours until hard and set.5. Cut into 15 squares and keep in freezer until dessert time.
