ACCREDITED PRACTICING DIETITIAN

Claire is an Accredited Practising Dietitian working collaboratively with the allied health team at Habitual Health Collective. She enjoys supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including adults and children. Her special interests include menopause, mental health, chronic conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease, digestive concerns such as IBS and food allergies, and post-surgical recovery.

Claire is passionate about helping clients reach their personal "End Game"—whether that means strengthening immunity through nutrition, rebuilding muscle after illness, managing diabetes or food intolerances, or improving overall quality of life through sustainable weight loss.

With Claire’s guidance, clients learn to make small, manageable behavioural changes that lead to lasting lifestyle transformation—ensuring their goals are not only achieved, but maintained long-term.

Lexi is a registered natural therapist with ANTA, working with both teenagers and adults to support mental health, self-esteem, and a compassionate relationship with self & food. Lexi brings together evidence-based nutrition and lived experience to empower her clients to heal, grow, and thrive in everyday life.

Lily Miller is based in Brisbane and is passionate about helping people fuel their bodies for performance, recovery, and long-term health. Through her business, Lily Miller Dietetics, she combines evidence-based nutrition with a practical, down-to-earth approach to create realistic strategies that fit each client’s lifestyle.

With experience across general, clinical, and sports nutrition, Lily works with athletes, active individuals, and everyday clients to improve energy, performance, and body composition without restriction. Her philosophy focuses on building a healthy relationship with food - empowering clients to understand what their bodies need to feel and perform at their best.
