Refund policy
At Habitual Health Collective, we are committed to your health and wellbeing. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to support our clients with a fair and transparent refund policy for our service packages.
Service Packages & Bookings
All services (including class packs, consultations, and wellness packages) are non-refundable once booked or purchased, unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, practitioner cancellation with no alternative available). This helps us honour the time and preparation of our practitioners.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individual Appointments:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. -
Workshops, Events, or Series:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a credit or transfer to another available date (where applicable). Refunds are not offered for missed sessions or no-shows.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, practitioner cancellation with no alternative available). All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contactus@habitualhealthcollective.com within 7 days of the original booking.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Digital Programs & Offers
All digital products (e.g., downloads, online programs, e-books) are non-refundable or free once accessed or delivered, due to the nature of instant content delivery.
Package Expiry
Service packages may have an expiry period (e.g., 12 months). Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the expiry terms listed on each service at time of purchase.
