Clinical Reformer Pilates

Clinical pilates is a form of pilates that focuses on posture, core strengthening, focus, balance, control, strength, breathing, and flexibility. It is often used in combination with exercise physiology to help you recover from injuries, prehabilitate for surgery, or manage pain post-surgery. It is particularly effective in reducing persistent musculoskeletal pain by strengthening and retraining your muscles to support your joints.

Our EP’s offer initial consults, 1/1's and 2-6 PAX classes on reformers or mats.
