Vinyasa & Yin Yoga
In our small group Vinyasa yoga class, practitioners flow through dynamic movements synced with breath, guided by an experienced teacher. Sessions start with centering exercises, then transition seamlessly through flowing sequences. Deep, mindful breathing enhances the connection between mind, body, and breath. Teachers offer variations for all levels, ensuring accessibility and challenge. The class ends with relaxation, leaving participants feeling rejuvenated and centered.
In our Yin yoga class, It’s slow-moving with long holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility and hydrate fascial webs. It’s also highly meditative and introspective, offering plenty of time and space for you to draw your awareness inside.Yin is a straightforward practice with few postures and simple sequencing, but it can have far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind. All pregnancy inclusive!

Katie has a passion for helping those struggling to find balance with their mental and physical wellbeing. Katie’s goal is to educate her clients on the neuroscience behind a healthy brain and empower them to pave their way to a more balanced and content life. By focusing on both mental and physical elements, Katie aims to give her clients the tools to allow for a stronger and healthier mind and body.
While Katie’s special interests lie in aiding young women to balance their brain and body, she welcomes clients from varying backgrounds and needs.

YOGA TEACHER & EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Georgia is an EP and qualified yoga teacher with a deep passion for movement, health, and holistic wellness. Grounded in a strong scientific background and inspired by the principles of yoga and mindful living, she is dedicated to helping individuals build strength, mobility, and resilience in a sustainable, enjoyable way.
As a yoga teacher, Georgia brings a unique perspective to her practice, blending traditional exercise science with the fluidity and mindfulness found in yoga. With a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and rehabilitation, she takes an evidence-based yet client-centred approach to exercise. Drawing on techniques from both clinical research and mindfulness-based practices, Georgia creates personalised programs that not only restore physical function but also foster a deeper connection to the body.
