Our Story
After years working across private practices—Georgia kept encountering the same challenges: environments that felt clinical, competitive, and disconnected from the kind of care she wanted to offer. Georgia longed for a space that supported not only physical rehabilitation, but the whole person.
In 2021, she began sharing this vision with her friend, and now co-founder, Sharon. Together they imagined a different kind of clinic—one that felt warm, welcoming, and more like a home than a medical space. A place where people could slow down, have a coffee, and access care from a diverse team of passionate practitioners under one roof.
Habitual was created with the belief that true wellbeing is holistic. Movement, hands-on therapy, nutrition, mindset, and nervous system support all play a role in healing. Just as importantly, we wanted to create a space where practitioners could thrive—building their own businesses within a supportive and collaborative space where as a community we can grow and belong.
Our vision for Habitual has always been simple: to create a supportive community where people can grow, heal, and feel a true sense of belonging.
Studio Strength
This class is designed for anyone seeking; a tailored program to work on their goals, injury management, health condition management, or just looking for more exercise independence and assistance with form. ‘Strength Assessment’ consultation required prior to attending. 4 PAX.
Run Club
Every Friday morning at 5.30am, Sharon, our clinic manager, takes a group of runners of all levels from Habitual Cafe or New Farm Powerhouse. Coffee/breakfast post. Sessions include:Drills, Interval training, Steady State, and Hills. Session updates on FB and IG.
