Habitual Health Collective provides wellness-based services including (but not limited to) exercise physiology, physiotherapy, dietetics, psychology, myotherapy, pilates, yoga, workshops, digital content, and other holistic health services. All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and practitioner discretion.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Use services in accordance with your personal health needs and professional guidance.

  • Not misuse or copy digital content or materials for commercial purposes.

  • Attend appointments and programs as scheduled, adhering to cancellation and rescheduling policies.

3. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely via Shopify and third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Classes do not require payment.

  • Packages and promotions are non-transferable and valid only for the period specified at purchase.

  • Habitual Health Collective reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or service descriptions at any time.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Cancellations require 12–72 hours' notice depending on the service type.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in session forfeiture.

  • Refunds for services or digital products are not guaranteed and will be considered only under exceptional circumstances.

Our services do not substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new treatment or exercise program.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and accept responsibility for your health and wellbeing during and after sessions.

All content on our website, including branding, imagery, downloadable material, and program structures, is the intellectual property of Habitual Health Collective and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
