Reformer Pilates & Mat Classes in New Farm
Do you ever feel a little out of place walking into a busy class studio? At Habitual, our small studio offers a welcoming space where you’re seen, supported, and never just another face in the room.
Our small reformer class offers an intimate setting where individuals, limited to a small group, receive personalised attention and guidance. Our instructors boast extensive expertise stemming from different backgrounds, including exercise physiology, physiotherapy and myotherapy. As well as all classes are pregnancy inclusive!
Our 50 minute classes are designed for those who want more than a standard reformer class. Across each 12-week block, you’ll move through a structured progression — alternating focus between strength, balance and proprioception, and muscular endurance. Each block builds toward a peak pose or strength and endurance benchmark, giving you a clear marker of how far you've come and something to work toward throughout the program.
Classes are thoughtfully programmed with upper body, lower body, and full body integration sessions, combining low-impact cardio with higher rep work to build a strong, capable, and resilient body.
You can jump in at any point throughout the program! Booking and pricing info below.

Tiena Packard
PILATES TEACHER
I am currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) at QUT, with a passion for physical activity, wellbeing, and empowering others. With a background in competitive sports, I was introduced to Pilates through swim training, as a way to build strength, control, and prevent injury. This early exposure fostered my love for Pilates and its ability to support both the body and mind.
I hope to share my enthusiasm through enjoyable and engaging classes, with clients feeling strong, confident, and connected. I am passionate about a lifestyle approach to health and creating a safe, welcoming space where people can be part of a supportive community.
Keira Wahl
PILATES TEACHER
Kiera’s passion for movement began through competitive gymnastics, where she developed a love for strength, precision and body awareness from a young age. She later spent seven years working aboard luxury superyachts, travelling the world, where she discovered mat Pilates. Because it could be practised anywhere, it became the one form of movement she could always take with her. She quickly fell in love with the way it grounded her and brought a sense of calm, even in the most fast-paced, high-energy environments.
Now based in Brisbane, Keeks is passionate about helping others experience the same benefits that first drew her to the practice. She believes Pilates is about more than building strength—it’s about moving with confidence, improving body awareness and creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Keeks’ classes combine contemporary Pilates with functional strength, mindful movement and progressive challenges suitable for a range of abilities. She is known for her warm, encouraging teaching style and enjoys creating a welcoming environment where clients feel supported to challenge themselves while moving with confidence and intention.
