Lizzie Gralton

ACCREDITED DIETICIAN & PROVISIONAL SPORTS DIETICIAN

At Finding Your Balance Dietetics Clinic, Lizzie takes a holistic approach to nutrition, considering all aspects of health and treating each client as unique and an "expert in their own body." With this approach, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where Lizzie aims to truly understand your challenges and goals to guide you on your health journey.

Lizzie also has a special interest in women’s health, IBS management, gut health, and fostering positive relationships with food. She recognises that all areas of life—social, emotional, and physical—are interconnected, and each influences how our body functions, digests, and metabolises food. With this in mind, Lizzie will ask thoughtful questions beyond just “food” to better understand the whole picture of your well-being.

Lizzie invites you to book a 1:1 nutrition consultation to discover your balance with food and nutrition. Her mission is to debunk the false and toxic myths around nutrition, making it easier to understand and embrace. Claire Lever

ACCREDITED PRACTICING DIETITIAN

Claire is an Accredited Practising Dietitian working collaboratively with the allied health team at Habitual Health Collective. She enjoys supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including adults and children. Her special interests include menopause, mental health, chronic conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease, digestive concerns such as IBS and food allergies, and post-surgical recovery.

Claire is passionate about helping clients reach their personal "End Game"—whether that means strengthening immunity through nutrition, rebuilding muscle after illness, managing diabetes or food intolerances, or improving overall quality of life through sustainable weight loss.

With Claire’s guidance, clients learn to make small, manageable behavioural changes that lead to lasting lifestyle transformation—ensuring their goals are not only achieved, but maintained long-term.
