    Alanah Reilly (nee Dobinson) (she/her) is an  Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), clinical supervisor, and the founder and director of Autonomy in  Movement.

    From her past as a "gym bro" to her current mission, she's dedicated to fostering positive relationships with movement. Through her work, she supports diverse communities, including those with eating disorders, trauma survivors, and individuals in bigger bodies. Alanah's approach is rooted in social justice, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.

    She's trained in various therapies and is a respected voice in the field, contributing to international guidelines and conferences. Alanah is also a cofounder of Safe Exercise at Every Stage and leads Movement My Way classes for those in bigger bodies.

    Claire is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian practicing in collaboration with the allied health team at Habitual. Claire looks forward to working on your "End Game" together, that is, the goals that you have set together.

    Whether those goals are learning how to eat for health to better your immune system, or how to build your muscle following an unintentional weight loss due to illness. Whether that goal is to manage your diabetes or your food allergies, or whether that goal is to lose some weight so that you can improve your quality of life.

    Anita was introduced to Acupuncture from a friend's recommendation. It wasn't long before she was seeing improvement from a sporting injury as a teenager that had caused her decades of chronic back pain. After discovering how effective this therapy had been for her healing, she completed her undergraduate degree with Endeavour College of Natural Health to help others living with pain and limited function.

    Anita is now turning her attention to sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions by assessing, diagnosing, and treating using motor point acupuncture, dry needling, trigger point therapy, electro stimulation, neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping, IASTM, and injury prevention tailored to each specific patient.

Sue uses kinesiology techniques to identify, and correct imbalance in the structural, chemical, mental and emotional energy systems of the body. These imbalances inevitably cause a variety of issues.

    Anna, an active age-group triathlete in both short-course and endurance events, draws inspiration from her sports involvement.     Imogen Tsien, a certified Reformer Pilates instructor, combines her passion for health and wellness with extensive sports experience to help individuals achieve their goals and improve strength and well-being. Her journey with Pilates began after scoliosis correction surgery, sparking a love for its principles of strength, stability, mobility, and mindfulness.

    With a background in competitive sports like swimming, rowing, running, and strength training, Imogen's classes at Habitual are enriched by her diverse knowledge and experience. She emphasises functional movement patterns, balanced strength, and stability, injecting creative elements to keep clients engaged and challenged.

    Drawing from her experience as a disability support worker and coach, Imogen tailors exercises to cater to diverse needs and goals, fostering an inclusive and positive environment. Outside of teaching, she stays active with strength training, running, and swimming while pursuing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology to further complement her Pilates instruction.
